
Transformer fiber optic temperature controller, real-time monitoring of transformer winding and iron core temperature, mainly composed of fiber optic temperature sensor and temperature controller.
(1) Temperature measurement range: 0~+200 ℃; Temperature measurement accuracy: ± 1 ℃; The fluorescent fiber optic sensor passes the power frequency withstand voltage test, with a 20cm withstand voltage of not less than 80kV, and provides an inspection report; The lifespan of fluorescent fiber optic sensors shall not be less than 30 years.
(2) The fiber optic temperature sensor is sealed with a set of high insulation material and directly contacts for measurement. It is seamlessly connected to the transmission fiber and only exchanges heat with the outside world.
(3) The temperature controller receives temperature signals from fiber optic sensors and can achieve automatic, manual, and remote start stop of the fan; Start the fan when the temperature exceeds the line alarm; Overtemperature relay output tripping; Digital temperature display; Upload RS485 communication protocol to remote control.
(4) The transformer fiber optic temperature sensor is installed on each phase winding side and iron core of each transformer, connected to the temperature controller through fiber optic cables, and adopts multi-stage adjustable technology. Measure the temperature of the three-phase winding and iron core at four points, and place the sensor near the hottest point of the coil in the normal state of the equipment. There are functions such as winding over temperature alarm, winding over high temperature trip, and iron core over temperature alarm.
The temperature analog signal, over temperature alarm, over high temperature trip, and fan operation/failure information should be able to be sent to the substation’s integrated automation system and remote power dispatch system through a remote communication port. Information such as over temperature alarm, over high temperature trip, and fan operation/failure should be able to be output through communication or contact. If the device loses power or experiences a fault, it should have a hard contact signal output. It should have data storage function, so that all data will not be lost in case of device failure or power loss. It has remote communication function, and the communication interface adopts standard interfaces such as RS485, Modbus, IEC60870-5-103, etc.
