In October 2023, the "Xinjiang Yuxiang Huyang 110KV Substation Dry Transformer and High Voltage Cabinet Fluorescent Fiber Temperature Measurement Project", designed and installed by Fuzhou Innovation Electronic Scie&Tech Co., Ltd., was successfully completed and accepted. Among them, the laying of temperature measurement fiber optic sensors, installation of fiber optic hosts, layout of equipment communication lines, and debugging of backend systems are all independently completed by our company. In this project, the fiber optic temperature measurement system provided by Inno Technology adopts fluorescence fiber optic temperature measurement sensing technology, which has advantages that traditional sensing technology cannot compare with, such as good electrical insulation, anti electromagnetic interference, chemical corrosion resistance, small size, intrinsic safety, and stable performance. It can monitor the hot spot temperature inside the switchgear in real-time, especially suitable for positions where the switchgear contacts, busbars, electrical contacts, and other parts are prone to heating. At present, fluorescent fiber optic temperature measurement is widely used for temperature monitoring of high voltage, strong electromagnetic interference and other power system equipment, fundamentally solving the problem of difficult monitoring of contact operating temperature inside high-voltage switchgear. In the early stage of construction plan design, our company conducted on-site exploration of the 10KV substation, fully verified the idea of using fiber optic temperature measurement technology for transformers and high-voltage cabinets, and developed a comprehensive construction plan based on the particularity of the project. During the project construction process, our company dispatched an experienced construction team to the project site. Despite the prolonged impact of the epidemic, we still strictly controlled the construction progress and successfully completed the installation and debugging of the entire system.
